Tammy Norton is the Principal, Digital Enablement at The Hackett Group. Tammy has over 25+ years of business and technical experience in corporate performance management (CPM). In addition to having an accounting and financial reporting background, she has implemented over a hundred and fifty CPM solutions. She served 4 years on the board of directors of the Global Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG). Tammy’s responsibilities include delivering strategic system implementations within the plan, while working with senior management to ensure successful improvements for the organization. Tammy also has extensive practical experience in all phases of the system development life cycle, including project requirements gathering, detail design, construction, testing, end user training, and production support.
