BARC Highlights OneStream as a Challenger to Legacy Vendors

Financial Performance Management

According to BARC, CPM plays a crucial role in increasing the competitiveness of companies.  In fact, CPM is one of the central management tasks that aligns organizational strategies with business processes to achieve the highest level of performance at strategic, tactical and operational levels.  Financial performance management (FPM) takes CPM one step further by incorporating the management and monitoring of financial results across the organization.

What Is the BARC Score?

Like the Gartner Magic Quadrants, the BARC Score considers BARC analyst feedback and assessment for a specific software market.  BARC Scores are generic, rankings of vendors based on a set of detailed criteria.  Scores are then plotted on two dimensions – “Portfolio Capabilities” and “Market Execution” – and categorized into five segments: Entrants, Specialists, Challengers, Market Leaders and Dominators.

So where did OneStream land for FPM within DACH?

3. Customer Feedback – Excellent customer feedback for many important KPIs in BARC’s Planning Survey, including “Ease of use,” “Planning content,” “Performance satisfaction,” “Product satisfaction,” “Project success” and “Vendor support.”
